Refund/Exchange Policy

In Australia, the consumer has a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods are, faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description. If this is the case, please email us immediately to advise of your concerns and we will work with you to resolve the issues.

You will need to provide proof of purchase and must pay for the return of the item to us in a 100% new and unused condition (including packaging) within 28 days from the original shipping date for us to consider a refund.
